bay leaf,
allspice,

pepper

Recipe to prepare tasty Traditional kvass:

Cook the rabbit meat in a salted water for 30 minutes.

Put the sauerkraut into a separate pot and cook, put the stock into a separate bowl.

Wash the vegetables, peel and cut them up.

Add the vegetables, pepper, allspice and bay leaves to the meat.

Cook Traditional kvass slowly for 30 minutes.
