Ingredients to prepare tasty Pork cutlet:

2 slices pork loin,
salt,
pepper,
egg,
1/2 cup flour,
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup oil
1/2 kg potatoes,
4 pickled cucumbers

Recipe to prepare tasty Pork cutlet:

Peel potatoes, rinse out, cut big pieces in half. Place potatoes in the pot with salted water and boil for 40-50 minutes.

Tenderise slices of pork loin with a meat mallet, sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Make three plates ready.

On one of these plates smash an egg and beat it with a fork. On the second plate put flour and breadcrumbs on the third one.

Coat slices of meat with flour, then with an egg and finally with breadcrumbs. Heat cooking oil in the frying pan and place coated meat in. Fry the meat until golden brown on both sides.

Place potatoes in a plate and pour the sauce from the frying pan over them, and put the pork cutlets on them.

The dish prepared in this way tastes better with cucumbers.
