Ingredients to prepare tasty Meat and mushrooms dumplings:

30 grams of flour,
2 eggs,
1/2 cup of warm, boiled water;
stuffing with meat and mushrooms: 40 grams of pork, 15 grams of dried mushrooms, frying fat, pepper, salt

Recipe to prepare tasty Meat and mushrooms dumplings:

Prepare stuffing from meat and mushrooms, keep the dried mushrooms in the water for around an hour.

Chop up  the pork meat, fry up, and put into a pot with a bit of water and cook with the mushrooms for around 40 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Cool off and mince. Prepare a pastry from flour, eggs, salt and warm water. Roll it up, cut into rings with a cup or glass top, put the filling in with a spon, put the egde together.

Put into a pot with a boiling water, than take out and put on a plate.

Put butter fried onions on top.
